Isaiah 62

Isai. 62:1   For the sake of Zion I will not keep silent,

and for the sake of Jerusalem I will not rest,

until her cause emerges like brightness,

and her salvation is like a torch that can burn.

Isai. 62:2   And the nations will see your virtue,

and all the kings, your honor,

and you will be called a new name,

it that the mouth of the Lord shall specify.

Isai. 62:3   And you shall be a glorious crown in the “hand” of the Lord

and a diadem of royalty in the “palm” of your God.

The word in the parentheses has a vav in place of a yad.  The correction is in the brackets.

Isai. 62:4   It shall not be said of you any more, ”Forsaken.”

and it shall not be said of your land any more, “Desolate!”

But you shall be one called "My delight is in her,"

                           and your land, "Espoused,"

for the Lord delights in you

and your land shall be espoused.

Isai. 62:5   As a young man would espouse a virgin,

                            your sons shall espouse you;

as a bridegroom would rejoice over a bride,

your God shall rejoice over you.

Isai. 62:6   “On your walls, O Jerusalem, I set watchmen.

All day and all night continually,

                    they shall not be still.”

                            You who remember the Lord,

                    no rest for you!

The two second-person pronouns in the last two lines are masculine plural, thus probably referring to the watchmen the Lord mentioned in the first line.  I believe the use of the word watchmen is metaphorical, that it means those in Jerusalem who remember and watch continually for the Lord.

Isai. 62:7   And you will give no rest to Him

                            until He establishes

                    and until He makes Jerusalem

                            a praise in the earth.

Isai. 62:8   The Lord has taken an oath

                            with His right “hand”

and with the “arm” of His might:

“Surely I will not give your corn again

                    as food to your enemies,

and sons of aliens will not drink your wine

                    on which you labored,

Isai. 62:9   but its gatherers shall eat it

                            and shall praise the Lord,

and its collectors shall drink it

in the courtyards of My sanctuary.”

Isai. 62:10   Pass through, pass into the gates!

Prepare the way of the people!

Cast up, cast up the highway, free from stone!

Raise a sign over the peoples!

Isai. 62:11   Behold, the Lord has proclaimed

to the edge of the earth,

“Say to the daughter of Zion:

                             ‘Behold, your salvation comes.’”

Behold, His reward is with Him

                             and His work before Him.

Isai. 62:12   And they shall call them the holy people,

                             redeemed of the Lord.

And He shall call you Sought Out,

                             a city no more forsaken.
