וּבִנְיָמִן הוֹלִיד אֶת־בֶּלַע בְּכֹרוֹ אַשְׁבֵּל הַשֵּׁנִי וְאַחְרַח הַשְּׁלִישִׁי׃   8:1

1Chr. 8:1   And Benjamin begot Bela, his first born, and Ashbel was the second, and Aharach was the third,

נוֹחָה הָרְבִיעִי וְרָפָא הַחֲמִישִׁי׃   8:2

1Chr. 8:2   Nohah was the fourth, and Rapha was the fifth.

וַיִּהְיוּ בָנִים לְבָלַע אַדָּר וְגֵרָא וַאֲבִיהוּד׃   8:3

1Chr. 8:3   And Bela's sons were Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,

וַאֲבִישׁוּעַ וְנַעֲמָן וַאֲחוֹחַ׃   8:4

1Chr. 8:4   and Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoach,

וְגֵרָא וּשְׁפוּפָן וְחוּרָם׃   8:5

1Chr. 8:5   and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.

וְאֵלֶּה בְּנֵי אֵחוּד אֵלֶּה הֵם רָאשֵׁי אָבוֹת לְיוֹשְׁבֵי גֶבַע וַיַּגְלוּם אֶל־מָנָחַת׃   8:6

1Chr. 8:6   And these were the sons of Ehud; these same were heads of households for the inhabitants of Geba, but they carried them captive to Manahath,

וְנַעֲמָן וַאֲחִיָּה וְגֵרָא הוּא הֶגְלָם וְהוֹלִיד אֶת־עֻזָּא וְאֶת־אֲחִיחֻד׃   8:7

1Chr. 8:7   with Naaman and Ahijah, and it was Gera who carried them captive, and he begot Uzza and Ahihud.

וְשַׁחֲרַיִם הוֹלִיד בִּשְׂדֵה מוֹאָב מִן־שִׁלְחוֹ אֹתָם חוּשִׁים וְאֶת־בַּעֲרָא נָשָׁיו׃   8:8

1Chr. 8:8   And Shaharaim begot in the plain of Moab after his sending them away -- Hushim and Baara, his wives –

וַיּוֹלֶד מִן־חֹדֶשׁ אִשְׁתּוֹ אֶת־יוֹבָב וְאֶת־צִבְיָא וְאֶת־מֵישָׁא וְאֶת־מַלְכָּם׃   8:9

1Chr. 8:9   then he begot from Hodesh, his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcam,

וְאֶת־יְעוּץ וְאֶת־שָׂכְיָה וְאֶת־מִרְמָה אֵלֶּה בָנָיו רָאשֵׁי אָבוֹת׃   8:10

1Chr. 8:10   and Jeuz, and Sachiah, and Mirmah.  These of his sons were heads of households.

וּמֵחֻשִׁים הוֹלִיד אֶת־אֲבִיטוּב וְאֶת־אֶלְפָּעַל׃   8:11

1Chr. 8:11   He also begot Abitub and Elpaal from Hushim.

וּבְנֵי אֶלְפַּעַל עֵבֶר וּמִשְׁעָם וָשָׁמֶד הוּא בָּנָה אֶת־אוֹנוֹ וְאֶת־לֹד וּבְנֹתֶיהָ׃   8:12

1Chr. 8:12   And the sons of Elpaal were Eber, and Misham, and Shemed (he built Ono, and Lod with its towns),

וּבְרִעָה וָשֶׁמַע הֵמָּה רָאשֵׁי הָאָבוֹת לְיוֹשְׁבֵי אַיָּלוֹן הֵמָּה הִבְרִיחוּ אֶת־יוֹשְׁבֵי גַת׃   8:13

1Chr. 8:13   and Beriah, and Shema (they were the heads of households belonging to the inhabitants of Aijalon; they put the inhabitants of Gath to flight),

וְאַחְיֹו שָׁשָׁק וִירֵמֹות׃   8:14

1Chr. 8:14   and Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth,

וּזְבַדְיָה וַעֲרָד וָעָדֶר׃   8:15

1Chr. 8:15   and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder.

וּמִיכָאֵל וְיִשְׁפָּה וְיוֹחָא בְּנֵי בְרִיעָה׃   8:16

1Chr. 8:16   And Michael and Ishpah and Joha were the sons of Beriah.

וּזְבַדְיָה וּמְשֻׁלָּם וְחִזְקִי וָחָבֶר׃   8:17

1Chr. 8:17   And Zebadiah and Meshullam and Hizki and Heber

וְיִשְׁמְרַי וְיִזְלִיאָה וְיוֹבָב בְּנֵי אֶלְפָּעַל׃   8:18

1Chr. 8:18   and Ishmerai and Izliah and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.

Better the descendants of Elpaal, here in vss. 17 and 18, as Elpaal’s next-generation sons are apparently named in vss. 12 to 15 above.

וְיָקִים וְזִכְרִי וְזַבְדִּי׃   8:19

1Chr. 8:19   And Jakim and Zichri and Zabdi

וֶאֱלִיעֵנַי וְצִלְּתַי וֶאֱלִיאֵל׃   8:20

1Chr. 8:20   and Elienai and Zillethai and Eliel

וַעֲדָיָה וּבְרָאיָה וְשִׁמְרָת בְּנֵי שִׁמְעִי׃   8:21

1Chr. 8:21   and Adaiah and Beriah and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.

וְיִשְׁפָּן וָעֵבֶר וֶאֱלִיאֵל׃   8:22

1Chr. 8:22   And Ishpan and Ebed and Eliel

וְעַבְדּוֹן וְזִכְרִי וְחָנָן׃   8:23

1Chr. 8:23   and Abdon and Zichri and Hanan

וַחֲנַנְיָה וְעֵילָם וְעַנְתֹתִיָּה׃   8:24

1Chr. 8:24   and Hananiah and Elam and Anthothiah

וְיִפְדְיָה (וּפְנִיאֵל) [וּפְנוּאֵל] בְּנֵי שָׁשָׁק׃   8:25

1Chr. 8:25   and Iphdeiah and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.

The name of Penuel is misspelled in the parentheses.  The correction in the brackets replaces the yad with a vav.

וְשַׁמְשְׁרַי וּשְׁחַרְיָה וַעֲתַלְיָה׃   8:26

1Chr. 8:26   And Shamsherai and Shehariah and Athaliah

וְיַעֲרֶשְׁיָה וְאֵלִיָּה וְזִכְרִי בְּנֵי יְרֹחָם׃   8:27

1Chr. 8:27   and Jaareshiah and Elijah and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.

אֵלֶּה רָאשֵׁי אָבוֹת לְתֹלְדוֹתָם רָאשִׁים אֵלֶּה יָשְׁבוּ בִירוּשָׁלִָם׃   8:28

1Chr. 8:28   These were the heads of households in their generations.  These heads dwelled in Jerusalem.

וּבְגִבְעוֹן יָשְׁבוּ אֲבִי גִבְעוֹן וְשֵׁם אִשְׁתּוֹ מַעֲכָה׃   8:29

1Chr. 8:29   And the father of Gibeon dwelled in Gibeon (and the name of his wife was Maacah)

וּבְנֹו הַבְּכֹור עַבְדֹּון וְצוּר וְקִישׁ וּבַעַל וְנָדָב׃   8:30

1Chr. 8:30   and his son, Abdon, the first born, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,

וּגְדוֹר וְאַחְיוֹ וָזָכֶר׃   8:31

1Chr. 8:31   and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zacher.

וּמִקְלוֹת הוֹלִיד אֶת־שִׁמְאָה וְאַף־הֵמָּה נֶגֶד אֲחֵיהֶם יָשְׁבוּ בִירוּשָׁלִַם עִם־אֲחֵיהֶם׃   8:32

1Chr. 8:32   And Mikloth begot Shimeah.  And they also dwelled next to their brethren in Jerusalem with their brethren.

וְנֵר הוֹלִיד אֶת־קִישׁ וְקִישׁ הוֹלִיד אֶת־שָׁאוּל וְשָׁאוּל הוֹלִיד אֶת־יְהוֹנָתָן וְאֶת־מַלְכִּי־שׁוּעַ   8:33

 וְאֶת־אֲבִינָדָב וְאֶת־אֶשְׁבָּעַל׃

1Chr. 8:33   And Ner begot Kish, and Kish begot Saul, and Saul begot Jonathan and Malchi-shua and Abinadab and Eshbaal.

וּבֶן־יְהוֹנָתָן מְרִיב בָּעַל וּמְרִיב בַּעַל הוֹלִיד אֶת־מִיכָה׃   8:34

1Chr. 8:34   And the son of Jonathan was Merib-baal, and Merib-baal begot Micah.

וּבְנֵי מִיכָה פִּיתוֹן וָמֶלֶךְ וְתַאְרֵעַ וְאָחָז׃   8:35

1Chr. 8:35   And the sons of Micah were Pithon, and Melech, and Taarea, and Ahaz.

וְאָחָז הוֹלִיד אֶת־יְהוֹעַדָּה וִיהוֹעַדָּה הוֹלִיד אֶת־עָלֶמֶת וְאֶת־עַזְמָוֶת וְאֶת־זִמְרִי וְזִמְרִי הוֹלִיד   8:36

 אֶת־מוֹצָא׃

1Chr. 8:36   And Ahaz begot Jehoaddah, and Jehoaddah begot Alemeth and Azmaveth and Zimri, and Zimri begot Moza,

וּמוֹצָא הוֹלִיד אֶת־בִּנְעָא רָפָה בְנוֹ אֶלְעָשָׂה בְנוֹ אָצֵל בְּנוֹ׃   8:37

1Chr. 8:37   and Moza begot Binea.  Raphah was his son, Eleasah was his son, Azel was his son.

וּלְאָצֵל שִׁשָּׁה בָנִים וְאֵלֶּה שְׁמוֹתָם עַזְרִיקָם בֹּכְרוּ וְיִשְׁמָעֵאל וּשְׁעַרְיָה וְעֹבַדְיָה וְחָנָן כָּל־אֵלֶּה   8:38

 בְּנֵי אָצַל׃

1Chr. 8:38   And six sons were for Azel, and these were their names:  Azrikam, Bochru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan.  All these were the sons of Azel.

וּבְנֵי עֵשֶׁק אָחִיו אוּלָם בְּכֹרוֹ יְעוּשׁ הַשֵּׁנִי וֶאֱלִיפֶלֶט הַשְּׁלִשִׁי׃   8:39

1Chr. 8:39   And the sons of Eshek, his brother, were Ulam, his first born, Jeush, the second, and Eliphelet, the third.

וַיִּהְיוּ בְנֵי־אוּלָם אֲנָשִׁים גִּבֹּרֵי־חַיִל דֹּרְכֵי קֶשֶׁת וּמַרְבִּים בָּנִים וּבְנֵי בָנִים מֵאָה וַחֲמִשִּׁים כָּל־אֵלֶּה   8:40

 מִבְּנֵי בִנְיָמִן׃

1Chr. 8:40   And were the sons of Ulam, courageous men, benders of the bow, and there were many sons, and sons of sons, a hundred and fifty.  All of these were from the sons of Benjamin.
